I have written the following batch (cmd) file that stops these services and has a PAUSE in the script that waits for key input to continue starting the services. I recently upgraded our Deployment Servers to SP3 and KB Article # 36555 states that you should stop several services on the server before you start the upgrade process. Figured maybe this could save someone some time when they go to do an upgrade on their Deployment Server 6.9.
